We accept most dental insurances. All PPO plans are accepted and certain HMO plans. After confirming eligibility of your insurance, we will show you the fees after insurance coverage. In some instances, such as large treatment plans, an authorization to the insurance company is necessary. In these cases an estimate will be shown until final confirmation from the insurance company on coverage.
